From Jongno-gu, Seoul. His parents run a guitar repair shop at Nakwon Arcade. Growing up in a corner of the shop, he picked up by ear the riffs customers played when they tried out guitars. From August Burns Red's JB Brubaker he learned technical riffs and twin-guitar harmonies; from Dimebag Darrell, pinch-harmonic squeals and fat bends. It was BLAKE who pulled SETH, back in Korea in 2015, and OWEN, in for strings in 2017, into the band.
In October 2018, All That Remains guitarist Oli Herbert died. His were the solos BLAKE had played along to most in that corner of the shop. A month later, on the day of the first rehearsal in room 6, BLAKE played one bar of Oli's solo alone before the first song. The others only understood what it meant later.
2018년 10월, All That Remains의 기타리스트 Oli Herbert가 세상을 떠났다.
The only one of the five allowed a melody. During solos the slit in his mask burns brightest. No one has ever seen him without his cap.
